I don’t know if I already explain some of the stuff that’s going on but my tio Xavier is going through a tough situation right now,we all are. They haven’t been letting us go see him for visitation and he’s been trying to contact David his coworker thats an attorney as well but he hasn’t answered him. We’ve kept getting calls saying that he’s dead or sent to another prison out of this state but none of it is true. The last time we went to go see him was Sunday I think because he had called us to go see him to talk about some business stuff. But as usual something happened and we couldn’t go in because as soon as we got there they took him out of that jail and transported him to somewhere else. I was so mad and sad because I haven’t seen him in a while. Also my dad is being so hard headed because the mom of Xavier’s daughter said for us not to be calling or texting her daughter no more, like we only update her about what’s going on with my tio and his health and situation. Apparently the mom was like if u contact her in any way one more time she filing harassment charges on my dad and my tio which is stupid because it’s her dad she has a right to know and plus she’s not a minor no more her mom can’t keep her away from her dad if she doesn’t want to.
